By using or accessing the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. Asidero provides a tracking tool for managing time and expenses relating to government relations activities.  For example, a user may either add an entry record via their calendar or create an entry record within our tool

Asidero may also collect anonymous information about people who visit the company’s main website for marketing and advertisement purposes.

This privacy policy describes the nature of how the data we collect is stored and secured while at Asidero.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use Asidero, you provide us with two types of information: (i) information you submit via the Service and (ii) information regarding your use of the Service collected by us as you interact with the Service.

In the course of providing identify proofing services on behalf of our customers, Asidero receives data captured from the user and their activities relating to government regulatory compliance activities.

This data may include, but not be limited to, items such as the user’s name, street address, email address, billing information, and activities relating to government regulations and compliance.

We do not share your personal information with third-parties unless it is necessary to offer the Service or required by law.

We may be required to disclose personally-identifiable information in response to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information on or transmitted via the Internet.
